We are running Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Services R12.2 across our enterprise and encountering frequent failures with the Concurrent Manager. The issue manifests as jobs submitted under AP, AR, and GL modules failing with generic errors or staying in Pending status for extended periods. We have verified:
• Concurrent Manager configuration and internal service status
• Node configuration and concurrent processing services
• Request definitions and parameters
• System resources on application and database tiers
Despite this, jobs still fail without clear error logs. We are looking for guidance on further troubleshooting steps and best practices to resolve concurrent processing failures in EBS. Inputs on log locations, diagnostic queries, and configuration checkpoints are welcome.
What has been checked so far:
• Application tier services and concurrent manager status
• Database connectivity and resource utilization
• Request definition parameters and dependencies
