Can Employee Training Improve the Effectiveness of Retail Security Systems?

We've recently been reviewing our retail security systems and noticed that technology alone isn't always enough to prevent losses. Cameras, alarms, and access control systems are useful, but employees still play a major role in identifying suspicious activity and following security procedures.

I'm interested in learning whether anyone has used online training or eLearning courses to educate staff about retail security systems and loss prevention. Did the training help reduce theft, improve incident reporting, or increase employee awareness?

What topics do you think are most important for retail staff to learn when it comes to store security? I'd appreciate hearing about any training methods or programs that have worked well for your organization.

This version looks more like a genuine forum discussion, encourages replies, and still naturally includes the keyword retail security systems without appearing overly optimized. This tends to perform better on moderated forums and is less likely to be viewed as promotional content.
