Maserati Levante barely driven last 6 months – battery completely dead now
Honestly feeling a bit stupid about this. I bought a 2020 Levante last year with big plans to use it as my daily, but then I changed jobs and started working from home. The poor thing has just been sitting in the basement parking since January, only started maybe three or four times total. Yesterday I went down to actually take it for a proper drive and the battery is stone cold dead – not even the dashboard lights come on. I tried jumping it with my other car but it wouldn't hold a charge at all. A buddy said Maseratis are super sensitive to deep discharges and the battery is probably toast now. I was looking online and found the https://batteryzoneuae.com/maserati-battery-replacement/ which seems to offer mobile fitting, because frankly I don't want to deal with towing it out of an underground garage. Has anyone here revived a Maserati battery after it sat dead for months, or should I just accept that I need a new one? Also any tips on keeping it healthy when I know I won't be driving much – battery tender isn't really an option since there's no power outlet near my parking spot. Really kicking myself for neglecting it like this.
