Audi A6 AC blowing warm on one side – anyone used this Sharjah shop?
I've got a 2017 Audi A6 and the AC is ice cold on the passenger side but barely cool on the driver side, which I'm guessing is a bad blend door actuator or maybe low refrigerant. The dealer in Dubai quoted me 1,800 just to diagnose it, so I started looking online and found a page for Audi AC repair in Sharjah. The site had a button that said "Find Out More" but no real details or customer reviews, so I'm a bit hesitant to just show up. Has anyone here actually taken their Audi to a Sharjah AC workshop and can tell me if they properly fixed a similar issue without charging crazy money? I don't want to waste a Friday morning driving there only to find out they don't have the right VAG software. Appreciate any honest feedback.

One side cold and the other barely cool is a pretty textbook blend door actuator symptom on these dual zone systems, less likely a straight refrigerant issue since that would usually affect both sides more evenly. Worth calling ahead and asking specifically if they can test actuator function through VAG software before you make the drive.
1,800 just for a diagnosis at the dealer is rough, that's exactly the kind of thing that pushes people toward independent shops even when they're a bit hesitant about the lack of reviews. I'd call first and ask directly if they have VCDS or equivalent before committing to the drive out there.
Can't personally vouch for that specific shop but the actuator issue you're describing is common enough that most decent independent Audi specialists should be able to diagnose it quickly with the right software. Worth asking upfront rather than assuming based on a vague website.
